Shipping Information
Shipping will be provided by United states postal service priority mail, unless another service is requested. Faster shipping is available.
Insurance is included with all shipments. If you need a cheaper shipping option via first class, or without insurance contact us for a quote. *Note* we can’t give a refund for lost packages without insurance. Do so at your own risk.
Please ensure your address is correct before placing orders. Returned packages may be re-shipped at a additional shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: *Please note* Due to customs, your item may take an extended amount of time (Possibly up to 30 days or more) IN ADDITION to the time quoted to manufacture the piece. We cannot control customs, so please be sure you have plenty of time to receive your item. We DO NOT COVER customs fees, duties, etc. The shipping cost you pay is for transit of the package/insurance to the specified location you gave us. While we do pay for insurance where possible, some countries may be riskier to ship to than others and we have no control over that. Packages shipped to countries outside United Kingdom, Canada, or United States are shipped at your own risk.
*We also do not accept returns for international orders at this time*
Returns & Exchanges
Returns** will be accepted only on USA orders on our own products. Any items that were made specifically for you can not be returned to us, as they will not be able to be resold. Refunds** on our other items are accepted only within 14 days of receiving it, and in condition it was shipped, at buyers cost. S&H will not be refunded. You MUST contact us before shipping the item back. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may face with our products and custom items. Please talk to us before leaving any negative feedback so we can try to help you out. Positive feedback is important for our growth as a company and we want to help you.
We also do not accept returns for international orders at this time!
**There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns and cancellations reflecting manufacturing, labor and material retrieval costs. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the style, price, material selection, and size BEFORE purchasing. Any questions about our policies or on a particular item, please just ask!
Cancellations within 1-2 days of order date are allowed with no restocking fee. After that the restocking fee described above will be in effect. We start working on the orders shortly after receiving them so canceling causes us to receive unnecessary fees from our suppliers. Please make sure you want to purchase the item before proceeding with checkout.
We are not responsible for stone breakage and/or replacement after customer has received their piece. (Though we can replace stones at customers expense).
The cost would be the stone & a setting fee.
Setting fee will be $20 for most non-diamond stones.
You will have to contact us for current stone pricing, and other fees for your specific item.
All products have a 60 day warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear and any plating that may be involved in the piece. This covers the structure of the metal, in the case it splits or breaks within that time. If the piece has other issues that are clearly Zander’s Creations fault contact us with details and we may be able to help.
We can offer a periodical touch up of your piece just contact us for a current price. All pieces with stones should be periodically checked every 3-6 months at a local jeweler to ensure stones are still secure as normal wear may gradually cause them to become loose.
